Job Opportunity: Principal Delivery Lead Transform the Future of CustomerFacing SaaS Applications!

What Youll Do:

As a Principal Delivery Lead you will be the backbone of our largescale projects driving the coordination and delivery of major initiatives across Europe and the UK. Youll work closely with architecture engineering product and business teams to ensure the successful delivery of highimpact software solutions. From resolving blockers and managing risks to ensuring topnotch quality delivery youll make a real difference in the success of our programs.

Youll be responsible for:

  • Leading the successful delivery of complex CAPTG projects across multiple teams and systems.

  • Managing the overall program to ensure alignment with company goals and commitments.

  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels ensuring clear communication progress tracking and effective risk management.

  • Driving continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and agile practices helping teams to continuously evolve and innovate.

  • Coordinating major feature releases overseeing multiple teams and ensuring a seamless flow of information to deliver ongoing value to customers.

  • Facilitating agile practices coaching teams and leading the way in embedding a culture of collaboration ownership and accountability.

What Were Looking For:

Were seeking a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fastpaced dynamic environment. If you have a proven track record in leading large crossfunctional teams delivering highquality software and managing complex projects we want to hear from you!

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • A Bachelors degree 4 years of experience OR 8 years of relevant experience.

  • 35 years of experience in a dedicated delivery leadership role.

  • Experience working closely with Directorlevel stakeholders driving collaboration and influence.

  • A deep understanding of Agile methodologies and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

  • Strong technical expertise and experience leading teams in delivering robust highquality software.

  • Knowledge of Lean Thinking and its application within large organizations.

  • A passion for fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and high performance.

Location:

  • You will be based near Manchester or Leeds and should be willing to come onsite 23 times per week with flexibility as needed.
