Job Description
This position is responsible for the administration of student financial assistance revenue requests including the receipt and distribution of funds from the U.S. Department of Education State of WV institutional and private sources. Financial aid revenue is received via ACH wires and checks from multiple outside bank accounts for distribution to students in the form of refunds and to the university general ledger accounts as institutional revenue. This position assists in providing accurate and secure receipting processing and reporting of student fees and departmental revenue. This position requires cross training in various aspects of collections contracts exemptions fee assessment and refund policies campus based state private and federal loan programs and financial statement accounting and reporting.
