- Daily Training & Development: Participate in daily training sessions and workshops to stay uptodate on product knowledge services and pricing.
- Tailored Solutions: Use active listening skills to understand customers needs and provide personalized solutions that meet their requirements.
- Customer Satisfaction: Address client inquiries concerns and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.

- Experience: 13 years in customer service sales or a similar role.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships read customers and offer innovative solutions.
- Outgoing Personality: Energetic and personable with a natural ability to connect with both customers and clients.
- Team Player: Able to work well in both team environments and independently.
- CustomerOriented: Always willing to go the extra mile to exceed client expectations.
- FullTime Availability: Must be available for fulltime inperson work (no remote options).
- Sales Skills: Tenacious innovative and able to thrive in a competitive fastpaced setting.
