Client Services Working Student all genders

We are looking for a Working Student Client Services (all genders) to join our team in Berlin. You will work on a wide range of projects from fashion and lifestyle brands as part of our creative agency HS.

YOUR MISSION:

• Support the Client Services team with the planning and management of client projects including strategic and creative campaigns/productions from kickoff to the final report
• Ensure that assigned tasks are completed on time within the scope and budget
• Collaborate with different teams like Creative Strategy Production Media Brand Partnerships and Editorial internally as well as key client contacts
• Assist the Account Managers to record revenues tracking costs and maintaining accurate profit and loss statements for individual projects
• Work closely with the team and contribute to the improvement of workflows and processes

YOUR SKILLS:

• Experience in project management is a plus but not compulsory we are more interested in enthusiastic organised people who are team players & willing to learn!
• Major in marketing communication event cultural studies or similar fields is an advantage
• Strong organizational and problemsolving skills
• Interest in the creative and fashion industry
• Interest in Highsnobiety and understanding of our aesthetic and brand
• Ability to think analytically
• Resilience and ability to handle multiple tasks even under time pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory
• Enjoy working in a forwardthinking dynamic and diverse team
• Enrolled in fulltime German university program located in Berlin
