Come join the team at HCI Sports & Fitness! As a premier sports and fitness center located in Bee Cave our team is in search of experienced Personal Trainers who are ready to help our members reach their fitness goals! As a Personal Trainer at HCI being able to build and maintain strong relationships with our personal training members is a must.
Requirements
In joining our team youll be responsible for:
- Professionally managing your time and calendar to work with our HCI personal training clients
- Designing personalized programming for your clients to produce results and increase retention
- Partaking in continued development opportunities provided by HCI
- Offering complimentary sessions when available to help onboard new personal training clients
- Assisting in identifying and renewing client training packages before they expire
- Helping maintain a safe clean and organized Fitness Center and training areas
- Maintaining required certifications/licenses

To be a great fit youll have:
- Required: One or more of the following training certifications: CSCS ACE ACSM NSCACPT NASMCPT
- CPR/AED Certifications
- 5 Years of Applicable Experience
- Training availability between 5 am and 2 pm or 2 pm to close including some weekend availability and at least 15 hours per week to commit to the position
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
