Santikos Collection is excited to announce our Hospitality Trainees Program a unique opportunity for individuals aspiring to build a successful career in the hospitality industry. As a leading hospitality company with a portfolio of luxury resorts and hotels we are committed to nurturing and developing future talent in the field.
During the program selected candidates will undergo comprehensive training and gain handson experience in various departments within our properties. This immersive program will provide you with a solid foundation of knowledge and skills necessary for a successful career in the hospitality industry.
The Hospitality Trainees Program is designed to offer exposure to all aspects of hotel operations and guest services. Participants will have the opportunity to rotate through departments such as Front Office Food and Beverage Housekeeping Events and Sales & Marketing. This rotation will allow trainees to gain a holistic understanding of hotel operations and develop a wellrounded skill set.

Requirements
- Enrollment in a hospitality management program or recently completed a degree in hospitality or related field.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and eagerness to learn and grow.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
