  • Account Executive (Client Success)
  • Location: United States Preferably East Coast
  • Remote opportunity

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Conduct independent research and leverage industry insights to target highpotential prospects with a primary focus on expanding nonradio revenue.
  • Build and Expand Client Relationships: Proactively establish connections with new prospects and foster relationships with existing clients.
  • Lead Pipeline Development: Be a driving force behind the companys pipeline growth by achieving quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Strategic Client Advocacy: Act as the goto client advocate addressing client needs promptly and effectively to enhance satisfaction and drive loyalty.
  • Collaborate for Seamless : Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful of clientcentric initiatives aimed at driving engagement awareness or sales.
  • Contribute to Product Strategy: Relay client feedback to internal teams contributing to ongoing product enhancements and new product development strategies.
  • Marketing Partnership: Partner with marketing to develop tailored campaigns and innovative ways to position products based on client insights.
  • Networking and Industry Presence: Attend industry conferences and networking events as needed to increase market visibility and client engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes lead generation strategies and sales funnel management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and effectively prioritize competing demands.
  • Skilled in CRM management (Salesforce or Hubspot) Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to attend conferences and client meetings.
