RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Calling and retaining clients who wish to cancel their contracts.
- Calling clients who have missed payments to assist in the collection of future premiums.
- The successful candidate shall retain a minimum of 50 of leads received.
Flexihours are available and will be dependent on your own time management and ability to reach target. You will be allowed to work from home after completing your probation period.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3year University Bachelors Degree
- Fully Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be available for training at our offices in Weltevreden Park
