Job Description
Role: Chief Financial Officer
Location: London
Experience: 10 Years in senior financial management roles preferably in a multinational corporation
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am 6:00pm
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Financial Leadership and Strategy:
- Developing and overseeing the financial strategy ensuring alignment with the organisations goals.
- Leading financial planning and analysis to support sustainable growth and profitability.
- Risk Management and Compliance:
- Identifying financial risks and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards to protect the organisations interests.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Overseeing the preparation and review of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Monitoring financial performance and making necessary adjustments as required.
- Financial Reporting:
- Producing accurate financial reports for stakeholders to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Presenting financial insights and recommendations to the board and executive team.
- Capital and Asset Management:
- Managing the organisations capital structure and optimising investment strategies.
- Overseeing asset management to maximise returns and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Leading and mentoring the finance team to drive high performance and professional development.
- Fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment within the finance department.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in financial management and strategic decisionmaking.
- Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation.
- Professional finance qualifications (e.g. ACA ACCA CIMA) are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
