Location: hybrid must be in the Atlanta office 23 times per week

Duration: 12 months

Hours/wk: 40

Job Description:

This portfolio will attract Members unlock Membership value and inspire engagement with customers in flight throughout the travel journey and beyond ultimately building relationships that extend beyond the transaction and last a lifetime. Delta is seeking a Specialist SkyMiles Loyalty Partnership Marketing to support the development and SkyMiles Partner initiatives & campaigns. This person will be joining a fastpaced team focused on increasing customer value and stickiness to the brand and driving SkyMiles Partner goals. Are you the person that can help deliver us to success

Key responsibilities:

Support development and of SkyMiles Partner communication plans across owned & paid channels including emails digital placements social activations & experiences designed to drive deeper engagement and loyalty from Members

Strong communicator and effective storyteller with the ability to support development of clear and succinct presentations and overviews for internal and external stakeholders

Develop datadriven business briefs manage timelines delivery dependencies and communication across teams

Maintain & optimize alwayson email communications including management of creative and audience targeting updates within communications lifecycle

Assist in identifying and developing new opportunities to promote key partner benefits and messages across Delta communications ecosystem to reinforce value and drive awareness with important customer segments


Qualifications :

3 5 years experience in Marketing Communications or related field

Strong leadership and relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Thrives in highvelocity environments while seamlessly collaborating with diverse stakeholders including crossfunctional internal teams and external partners to drive cohesive results.

Demonstrated expertise in project management with proven success leading initiatives independently and providing strategic guidance to dedicated project managers when available

Ability to deliver innovative customercentric creative solutions that simultaneously advance brand vision and business objectives.

Storytelling savant who can create compelling marketing materials including content presentations and campaign reports for leadership stakeholders reference.

WHAT WILL GIVE YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS)

Previous experience supporting CRM Loyalty or Lifecycle initiatives a plus

Agency experience with exposure to diverse client projects and timelines

Foundational knowledge of paid media strategies to critically evaluate recommendations and identify necessary optimization opportunities

Working knowledge of marketing analytics including ability to interpret key performance indicators such as conversion rates engagement metrics and user behavior patterns to inform strategic decisions and optimization efforts
