Required Qualifications
Masters degree or equivalent (advanced PhD students are eligible to apply). Previous curriculum development and teaching experience at the college or high school level. Strong subjectmatter expertise and the ability to convey complex concepts effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Enthusiasm for teaching highachieving high school students and a commitment to their academic growth. Organizational and time management skills to effectively plan and deliver the curriculum.
Preferred Qualifications
A terminal degree in the applicants given academic field or equivalent combination of education and teaching experience. Documented record of teaching excellence. Previous teaching experience with high school students. Familiarity with academic standards and culture at a selective liberal arts institution.
