A leading food manufacturing company is seeking a detailoriented Purchase Order Admin Clerk to support procurement activities. This role is urgent and the successful candidate will be responsible for processing purchase orders liaising with suppliers and maintaining procurement records.

Key Responsibilities
Purchase Order Processing- Accurately process and approve purchase orders in a timely manner.
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm order details and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of all purchase orders and supplier interactions.
Procurement Support- Assist in obtaining and comparing supplier quotes.
- Resolve any issues related to purchase orders invoices or deliveries.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely supplier payments.
Data & Reporting- Maintain and update the supplier database to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in preparing procurement reports and analysis.
- Ensure all procurement documentation is properly organized and stored.
Requirements- Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Finance Accounting Business Admin Procurement or Supply Chain.
Experience: 2 years in a similar role preferably within FMCG or food manufacturing.
Technical Skills:- Proficiency in Sage Evolution (highly advantageous).
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel Word Outlook).
