Job Description
Project Selborne is a Transformational Training programme with a strategic goal of modernising Royal Navy training to deliver better trained sailors to the front line faster.
You will be delivering training to the Royal Navy on Warfare Radio Techniques within the Above Water Tactical Training Element. You will work within a wider team as well as using own initiative.
This is a term time contract working 45 weeks of the year. 2 weeks holiday at Christmas and Easter 3 weeks in August).

What youll be doing:
- Delivering Warfare training on Radio Techniques within the Above Water Tactical Training Element
- Practical and classroom training of classes of 810
- Supporting line management and other delivery staff in training delivery
- Supporting piloting and implementing modernised training courses within the establishment
- Updating and maintaining training material
What were looking for:
- Experience in delivering learning programmes and support functions to the Armed Forces
- Knowledge of antisubmarine warfare
- experience within the Royal Navy highly desirable
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Good IT skills using Microsoft Office
- Experience within the Defence Learning Environment
- Level 3 Training or Coaching qualification would be an advantage
- Must be able to be cleared to UK SC level
About Project Selborne:
Project Selborne is a 1 billion 12year contract which commenced operations on 1 April 2021. It is a strategic partnership between Team Fisher (a consortium of partners led by Capita) and the Royal Navy to transform 80 of shorebased training for sailors submariners and marines.
