Are you an experienced Residential Property Solicitor looking to grow your career in a supportive and dynamic firm Our client a wellestablished law firm based in Brighton is seeking a talented individual to join their busy residential property team.
About the Role
As a Residential Property Solicitor you will manage a diverse caseload of residential property matters including sales purchases remortgages leasehold and freehold transactions. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of postqualification experience (PQE) in residential property law and be dedicated to providing an excellent service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
- Advising clients on sales purchases remortgages and leasehold/freehold properties.
- Maintaining and building strong relationships with clients agents and other stakeholders.
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior team members when necessary.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in residential property law.
- Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Proactive clientfocused and commercially minded.
