Job Responsibilities
Flexible Schedule. Monday Friday
Mon and Tue: 7:30a 6p Wed and Th 7:30a7p Fri 7:45a5p
4 or 5 Days a Week At Least 36 Hours
20 Patients a Day Two Patients an Hour
Seeing Patients of All Ages
Job Requirements
Active License in The State of Indiana
2Years of Experience as a Physician Assistant Required
Call Rotation By Phone Only
