Job description
You will join the team to improve our production stack in Ruby on Rails. Along side a business shift we aim to split services to provide the best experience and work environment to fulfill our new partnership model. Within the tech team you will help to improve our products and services.
The team
The tech team is composed of 10 people building solutions to provide the best experience and optimize revenues for our client. Backend Ruby developers backend python developers data scientists data analyst product manager work together with strong and cores values.
We build an organization allowing evolution through an expertise track or a management track. We promote expertise sharing within the whole team and like to share feedbacks.
Our stack
We believe in the right tool for the job: were not dogmatic and recognize that different sets of problems require different technical solutions. With this in mind were trying to sustain a level of coherence in the ecosystems we are working with.
