*Project Manager Solar Project*
### *Job Summary:*
We are seeking an experienced *Project Manager* to lead and oversee the planning and completion of our *solar power project*. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project scheduling budgeting vendor coordination client communication and ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
### *Key Responsibilities:*
#### *1. Project Planning & Scheduling:*
Develop and manage *project schedules milestones and deliverables* to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with design procurement and teams for seamless project implementation.
Identify risks and create mitigation plans to keep the project on track.
#### *2. Budgeting & Cost Management:*
Prepare *project budgets cost estimates and financial reports*.
Monitor expenses and control costs to ensure adherence to the approved budget.
Optimize resource allocation to improve cost efficiency.
#### *3. Procurement & Vendor Management:*
Prepare *Bill of Materials (BOM)* and coordinate with the procurement team for sourcing materials.
*Evaluate negotiate and onboard vendors/subcontractors* to ensure quality and timely supply.
Ensure vendor payments and material delivery schedules align with project needs.
#### *4. & Coordination:*
Oversee *site activities installation and commissioning* of the solar power plant.
Work closely with *engineers contractors and site teams* to ensure smooth .
Ensure adherence to technical specifications and quality standards.
#### *5. Stakeholder & Client Communication:*
Act as the primary *point of contact* between the company *clients government agencies and other stakeholders*.
Facilitate regular meetings provide project updates and address client concerns.
Coordinate with *regulatory authorities* for necessary approvals and compliance.
#### *6. Compliance & Safety Management:*
Ensure the project meets all *statutory and regulatory requirements* related to solar energy projects.
Implement and enforce *health safety and environmental (HSE) standards* at the site.
Manage legal documentation contracts and agreements related to the project.
#### *7. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:*
Track *KPIs progress reports and performance metrics* to ensure efficiency.
Prepare and submit *weekly/monthly project reports* to senior management.
Address any deviations and take corrective action to meet project goals.
### *Qualifications & Requirements:*
*Bachelors/Masters degree* in Engineering Renewable Energy Project Management or a related field.
*5 years of experience* in solar power projects EPC or infrastructure project management.
Strong knowledge of *solar PV technology project financing and regulatory frameworks*.
Proficiency in *project management tools* (MS Project Primavera etc..
Excellent *negotiation leadership and problemsolving* skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight deadlines.
