Are you a motivated Manager of Marketing orDirector of Sales and Marketing or and ambitious Senior Sales and Marketing Managerin Residential HighRise and MidRise development We are working with atruly outstanding residential MidRise and HighRise developerin the GTA that is looking for someone who is an expert at launching projectsreporting and liaising with thirdpartysales and marketing agencies on the projects! Our client is looking for someone who loves Real Estate and Development and motivated by innovative ideas awards and recognition.
Responsibilities
In this role you will be given the opportunity to be the liaison between the developer marketing team and agencies. You will represent the face of the company whilst portraying brand loyalty and innovation within the building industry. Our client is looking for a candidate with apassion for people creative design ideas current materials/finishes technology and high regard for green building/sustainable building practices. Ideally they are looking for apositive selfstarter personalitywith a creative entrepreneurial twist.
