Purchase Executive
Company: Slag Management and Metal Recovery Company
Location: Kolkata
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Purchase Executive to oversee the sourcing negotiation and procurement of materials equipment and services for our operations in slag management and metal recovery. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation skills attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of supply chain management and procurement processes.
Responsibilities:
- Gain relevant work experience in purchasing or logistics
- Develop skills in negotiation financial acumen effective communication and proficiency in procurement
- Strategically plan and align procurement strategies with company objectives
- Forecast market trends and evaluate risks and opportunities
- Prepare presentation reports and purchasing strategies
- Manage budgets and cost estimates
- Research and source new suppliers and vendors
- Maintain records of all procurement activities including purchase orders contracts invoices and delivery receipts
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Purchase Executive or similar role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement processes
- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
- Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing software
- Bachelors degree in business administration logistics or relevant field
Experience:minimum 35years
Qualification :GRADUATIONPGDC
