Senior Quantity Surveyor Perth
Location: Perth WA
Employment Type: FullTime Permanent
Salary: $125000 Superannuation
A national PQS consultancy is looking to hire a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Perth. With offices across Sydney Melbourne and Brisbane this role provides the opportunity to work independently while being supported by a national team of industry leaders who foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
What Youll Be Doing
Lead cost planning estimation and feasibility studies across different project stages.
Oversee procurement processes including tender evaluations and contract negotiations.
Provide financial reporting risk analysis and value engineering recommendations.
Mentor and guide junior quantity surveyors to support their professional development.
Collaborate with project managers clients and contractors to ensure effective cost control.
What Youll Need
Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
5 years of experience in a PQS consultancy.
Proficiency in cost estimating software such as CostX Cubit or equivalent.
Experience in digital takeoffs and BIMbased quantity extraction (desirable).
