Job Description
Your tasks
- Weighing of formulations using the weighing system.
- Manufacture of above mentioned products according to manufacturing instructions in compliance with GMP guidelines
- Close cooperation with the research & development department e.g. upscaling of pilot plant scale preparations incl. adjustment of machine parameters
- Operation of equipment (emulsion machines melting tanks stirrers and filtration devices)
- Operation cleaning and disinfection of equipment and cleaning systems in the rinsing area
- Maintenance and calibration of test equipment
- Monitoring of water treatment and reverse osmosis plant as well as softening plant and ion exchangers
- Disposal or destruction of residual products
Your profile
- Successfully completed vocational training as a chemical technician or pharmacist or similar
- Ideally relevant professional experience in the described field of activity
- PC knowledge is an advantage (SAP Microsoft Office)
- Careful clean and conscientious way of working
- Physical resilience
- Reliability and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to work shifts (early/late shift on weekdays)
