Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team at Town And City Developers. As a Recruiter you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talent for our organization. This is a midlevel position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Coimbatore Tamil Nadu India. This is a fulltime position.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role ideally within the real estate industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective candidate engagement
- Experience with bulk hiring and sourcing strategies through LinkedIn job portals and other platforms
- Ability to assess candidates qualifications and suitability for specific positions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment processes
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills to secure top talent
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing recruitment and hiring
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and source candidates through various channels including job portals social media networking events and referrals
- Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates qualifications and suitability for specific positions
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process including job posting applicant tracking interview coordination and offer negotiation
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a continuous pool of qualified candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding recruitment and hiring practices
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
