Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive in Promea plays a critical role in identifying new business opportunities building strategic partnerships and driving growth for the company. They will be responsible for developing and implementing business development strategies to expand the companys market presence and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities market trends and emerging pharmaceutical segments to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients competitors and market trends providing insights for strategic decisionmaking.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare professionals distributors and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Develop and implement business development strategies including marketing campaigns promotional activities and product positioning.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including R&D marketing and regulatory affairs to develop and launch new products and services.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and favorable business terms.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations product demonstrations and proposals to potential clients showcasing the companys value proposition.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance market trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Attend industry conferences trade shows and networking events to expand professional networks and promote the companys products and services.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on business development activities sales pipelines and market insights to management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. A degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales roles within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical market industry dynamics and regulatory landscape.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective business strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate business agreements.
- Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a strong drive for success.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed for business meetings conferences and client visits.
