Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer. As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for conducting maintenance and repair of mechanical systems and equipment in our facility. The role is based in Chakan Maharashtra India and is a fulltime position.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical failures
- Analytical skills to assess equipment performance and recommend improvements
- Experience in team building and mentoring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspection of mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical failures and breakdowns
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop effective maintenance strategies
- Assist in the installation modification and commissioning of mechanical equipment
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to the mechanical systems and processes
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and mentor junior maintenance staff
