Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting financial planning and resource allocation to ensure sustainable profitability and growth.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities partnerships and initiatives to expand our footprint in the landscaping industry.
- Team Development: Cultivate a highperforming executive team and foster a culture of innovation accountability and excellence.

Qualifications:
- Proven executive leadership experience preferably as a CEO or in a senior management role within the landscaping construction or related industries.
- Strong strategic operational and financial acumen with a track record of driving business growth.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead highperforming teams.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of industry trends and the competitive landscape in the landscaping market.
