The Wilf Ward Family Trust has been improving the lives of people with learning and physical disabilities since 1986. Luckily for you we have fantastic opportunitiesto join us as a Support Worker inRipon Thirsk & Northallerton.
You will be part of a friendly motivated team committed to making a difference and providing highquality support to our amazing individuals. The individuals we support are absolutely at the heart of everything we do. The support is entirely personcentred and to ensure we can achieve this our shift patterns include days evenings & weekends.
This role encompasses a range of tasks dependent on the individuals needs. Daytoday duties can include:

We have a fantastic training programme that will give you the skills and knowledge you need to excel in this role. What we do need is someone with a desire and passion for helping others empathy a willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
Please be aware its a criminal offence for people who are barred from working in Regulated Activity (under the Safeguarding and Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 to apply for roles that require them to work unsupervised with that particular group such as adults or children.
