Position Overview:
We are looking for a resultsdriven Enterprise Account Manager to acquire manage and grow
enterprise client relationships. You will be responsible for lead generation client onboarding
and revenue growth ensuring seamless service delivery for our payroll and attendance
solutions.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries concerns and escalations.
Acquire and manage enterprise clients driving MRR growth.
Build and maintain longterm client relationships with key decisionmakers.
Identify upsell and crosssell opportunities to maximize revenue.
Collaborate with sales product and support teams for seamless .
Conduct regular client checkins to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular checkins with clients to review performance address any issues and
identify opportunities for growth
Coordinate the implementation of new clients including system setup training and ongoing
support.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience in enterprise sales/account management.
Strong communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
Proven experience in new sales client acquisition account management and customer
service
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
with clients.
Excellent problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
Knowledge of attendance and payroll processing industry.
Familiarity with basic CRM software ()
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Detailoriented with a commitment to delivering highquality results and service to clients.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client requirements.
Previous experience in the HR or payroll industry is a plus.
