Job Summary:

We arelooking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as aLead Field Sales. As a Team Lead Field Sales you will be responsible forleading and managing a team of Field sales representatives driving salesinitiatives and achieving revenue targets. This role requires strongleadership abilities excellent sales acumen and a deep understanding of theIT industry and its products and services.


KeyResponsibilities:





Requirements

  • Bachelorsdegree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Experience inleading Field sales team 23 Years)
  • Proven experiencein field sales preferably in a SaaSenvironment.
  • Demonstratedleadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse sales team.
  • Strongunderstanding of sales processes techniques and funnel management(CRM.
  • Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team membersclients and stakeholders
  • Trackrecord of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Quicklearner with the ability to understand and articulate complex SaaS solutions.
  • Resultsorientedmindset with a focus on datadriven decisionmaking.
