Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and Storing Products: Accept incoming shipments of injectable products and ensure correct handling inspection and storage according to regulatory guidelines (e.g. temperature control shelf life).
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS). Track product movements perform cycle counts and report any discrepancies.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and prepare orders for distribution to internal departments or external customers. Ensure that products are correctly labeled and packed to prevent contamination or damage.
- Shipping and Distribution: Coordinate the shipment of injectable products according to established protocols ensuring the correct documentation and packaging are in place for safe transportation.
- Compliance: Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) safety protocols and regulatory guidelines (e.g. FDA ISO).
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to prevent contamination and ensure product safety.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts pallet jacks and other machinery used to transport products.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records of inventory shipping/receiving logs and quality control checks. Generate and submit reports as required.
- Safety Protocols: Adhere to safety policies and procedures including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe lifting techniques.
