Driven by Enovis desire to create innovative products that help improve quality of life and restore movement to those suffering from degenerative arthritis Enovis Surgical provides orthopedic surgeons with modern patientfocused solutions for total joint arthroplasty. Partnerships with key surgeon consultants help provide advanced and proprietary patented solutions including EMPOWR 3D Knee the only dualpivot knee system on the market and AltiVate Reverse Shoulder a marketleading system based on the design principles of the RSP Shoulder which has demonstrated excellent clinical outcomes at 10 years.

Enovis Surgical offers surgeons and their patients a full range of primary and revision implants for hip knee shoulder and elbow reconstructive joint surgeries in addition to the tools and digital health technology needed in todays changing healthcare environment.

Job Title/High Level Position Summary:

Job Overview:

As a Precision Operator at ENOVIS Surgical youll perform various activities to manufacture orthopedic products. These activities include but are not limited to machine operation and precision assembly skills to produce tight tolerance components in a medical device manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilizes various hand tools measuring devices and small machinery for profiling measuring calibrating coating masking cleaning and inspecting. Works from written work instructions blueprints specifications and engineering drawings.

• Application of abrasive finish to machined and forged components.

• Application of sprayed adhesives and titanium coatings on surgical implants.

• Application of masking tapes and fixturing to forgings and machined components.

• Checks and inspects work with precision instruments.

• Actively participates in continuous improvement efforts.

• Promptly and accurately completes all required recordkeeping.

• Keeps surrounding area clean safe and organized.

• Assignments are moderately difficult and may require some judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training

• 1 years of working in a manufacturing environment

• Knowledge of GD&T and quality inspection methods.

Desired Characteristics:

• Lean Manufacturing including continuous improvement and standard work.

• Experience in medical device manufacturing or an ISO manufacturing environment.

• Attention to detail and strong quality control skills
