Job Description
This leading organization in the defense and engineering sectors specializes in innovative land systems and defense technologies. They are seeking a skilled and motivated Land Systems Design Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and development of cuttingedge land systems used in defense security and commercial sectors.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop land system components and assemblies.
- Collaborate with other Engineers to integrate mechanical electrical and software systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies and performance assessments for new system designs.
- Perform systemlevel analysis simulations and testing to validate designs.
- Support the full product lifecycle from initial concept to delivery and inservice support.
- Prepare technical documentation including specifications drawings and reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards regulations and customer requirements.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to problemsolving initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Degree in Mechanical Engineering Systems Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in the design and development of land systems or defenserelated engineering.
- Strong knowledge of CAD software (e.g SolidWorks and AutoCAD).
- Experience in system integration and lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with military or offroad vehicle systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
