Make an impact at Serco
As a P&C Specialist youll play a key role in supporting employees and managers across Sercos operations. Working within our People Services youll provide expert HR advice manage complex casework and coach managers on performance and employee relations matters. This role offers variety challenge and the opportunity to make a real impact.
In this role youll be:
- Coaching and advising managers on employee relations including performance capacity and misconduct issues.
- Handling complex case management including risk management ensuring fair and timely resolution.
- Providing HR advice on policies procedures and employment conditions.
- Supporting grievance resolution and escalations in a structured and professional manner.
- Contributing to HR projects process improvements and shared service enhancements.

To be successful in this role youll have:
- A strong background in HR advisory employee relations or case management.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to adapt your style to different situations.
- Strong time management and resilience to manage a high volume of cases.
- A deep understanding of Fair Work legislation and industrial agreements.
- Experience coaching managers on HR matters and navigating risks.
