Key Responsibilities
1.ERP Modernization:
Analyze existing legacy ERP systems and create a blueprint for redesign using modern tools like ReactJS Node.js and other cuttingedge technologies.
Rearchitect core modules such as Lead Management CRM Fee Management Student Management Batch Management and Online Course Delivery.
2.AI Integration:
Design and implement features like AI Tutors using integration with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI frameworks.
Explore automation opportunities and AIdriven insights for operations.
3.Scalable Architecture:
Develop a robust modular and scalable architecture that supports realtime data processing and seamless integrations.
Ensure high performance security and scalability for cloud deployment.
4.Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with Roomans internal teams to understand functional requirements and align technical solutions with business goals.
Provide guidance to developers and ensure adherence to best practices in software design and development.
5.Tech Leadership:
Evaluate and recommend modern development frameworks tools and methodologies.
Provide mentorship to the internal development team to build expertise in the new system.
Qualifications
Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
10 yearsof experience in software architecture design and development.
Proficiency in modern frontend and backend technologies includingReactJSNode.jsTypeScriptGraphQLMicroservices andREST APIs.
Strong understanding of ERP systems CRM and educational technology applications.
Handson experience withAI/ML toolsAgentic AI frameworks and integratingLarge Language Models (LLMs)like GPT.
Experience with database design and optimization (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL or NoSQL).
Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
Strong analytical problemsolving and project management skills
