In a Nutshell:

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to leverage their expertise and drive significant revenue growth. Youll work closely with established sales leaders industry leading speakers and build a robust sales pipeline with unlimited earning potential. We are seeking a highly motivated strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in the events hospitality or talent representation industries.

This position will be required to work out of our NYC office four days a week.

What Youd Do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to secure highvalue speaking engagements for our roster of talent.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decisionmakers and event planners at corporations associations and agencies.
  • Proactively source and qualify new leads building a robust and sustainable sales pipeline.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients understanding their unique strengths preferences and active strategies.
  • Negotiate and close complex contracts ensuring favorable terms while avoiding future issues to navigate.
  • Manage the entire deal lifecycle from initial contact to postevent followup ensuring seamless .
  • Maintain the CRM with accurate and uptodate information.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales tools.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback to senior management contributing to the development of overall business strategy.
  • Protect all proprietary information.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales agents sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Contribute to the development of sales materials and resources.

What Youve Got:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales preferably within the events hospitality talent representation or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation closing and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Experience in managing large value contracts.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and G Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.

** This role offers a base salary and a commission structure tied to sales performance.
