Job Description
We are seeking an Online Sales Manager to join our team in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online sales activities analyzing sales data and developing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. The Online Sales Manager will also be tasked with coaching the sales team optimizing sales channels and ensuring effective communication with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage online sales activities and develop strategies to meet sales targets
- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
- Coach and mentor the sales team to improve performance
- Optimize sales channels to reach a wider audience

Requirements

- Ability to coach and develop a sales team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in SAP or similar sales management software
Salary: $50000$75000
