We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resource management industrial relations and organizational development. This role is ideal for someone with 58 years of experience in HR who is ready to take on more strategic responsibilities while supporting a dynamic and growing workforce.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage fullcycle recruitment from job posting to selection.
Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Conduct interviews assess candidates and ensure alignment with organizational culture and job requirements.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries.
Address workplace issues and provide conflict resolution fostering a positive work environment.
Promote employee engagement through programs that enhance satisfaction and retention.
Performance Management:
Support performance management initiatives including appraisals goal setting and feedback sessions.
Ensure alignment of individual performance with organizational objectives.
Identify training needs based on performance assessments.
Compliance and Policy Management:
Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with labor laws and regulations.
Regularly update employee handbooks and HR procedures to stay in line with changes in the legal landscape.
Manage disciplinary actions and ensure due process is followed.
Learning and Development:
Identify and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
Work with leadership teams to develop succession planning and talent management strategies.
Track learning and development outcomes to assess effectiveness.
Compensation and Benefits:
Administer employee compensation benefits and reward systems.
Conduct salary benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.
Manage employee benefit programs and communicate options clearly to staff.
HR Strategy and Reporting:
Provide strategic HR input and support to senior management on workforce planning talent management and organizational structure.
Prepare and present regular HR reports and analysis on key metrics such as turnover rates retention and recruitment efficiency.
Assist in change management initiatives to support organizational transformation.
Employee Health Safety and Wellbeing:
Ensure compliance with health safety and wellness regulations.
Promote a safe and healthy work environment by organizing wellness programs and initiatives.
Address employee concerns related to workplace wellbeing.
Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resource Management Industrial Relations Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: 58 years of progressive experience in human resources with a focus on recruitment employee relations and performance management.
Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations industrial relations practices and best HR management practices.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff and leadership.
Problem Solving: Strong conflict resolution and problemsolving skills with a focus on maintaining a positive work culture.
TechSavvy: Proficiency in HRIS systems Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and other HR software tools.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build trust and maintain effective relationships with employees management and external stakeholders.
Professional HR certifications (e.g. SHRMCP PHR CIPD) are highly desirable.
Experience in a fastpaced highgrowth company environment.
Knowledge of international HR practices and crosscultural communication.
Education
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
