Description of the role:
New Motors Subaru is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. As an Automotive Technician you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing Subaru vehicles ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This is a handson position that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Performing maintenance and repairs on Subaru vehicles including engine transmission electrical and HVAC systems
- Conducting diagnostic tests to identify vehicle issues and proposing effective solutions
- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes tire rotations and brake inspections
- Keeping accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Working closely with service advisors to provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Automotive Technician preferably with Japanese vehicles
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
- Excellent diagnostic and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- ASE certification or willingness to obtain certification
- PA State and Emissions Licenses
