Job Summary: Dallas Mechanical Group an EMCOR Company has an opening for a Service Dispatcher at their Lewisville TX location. The Service Dispatcher will be involved in all scheduling related activities including coordinating technician assignments managing timelines communicating with customers and field personnel and working with the Service Managers to ensure timely completion of dispatching tasks. The Service Dispatcher will work directly with the Dispatch Team the Service Administration Manager the Service Managers and other department leaders to ensure the alignment of scheduling dispatching processes and operational goals of Dallas Mechanical Group. This role is crucial in organizing the daytoday scheduling operations and accurately following dispatch processes to ensure the overall success of the Service Departments responsibilities.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the Dispatch Team the Service Administration Manager and the Service Manager to ensure efficient scheduling and dispatching of HVAC Technicians.
  • Assist in running reports and keeping information up to date.
  • Responsible for the daytoday dispatching and coordination of startup work and service calls.
  • Monitor and manage the dispatch board to ensure timely response to all work requests.
  • Ensure all dispatch processes and workflows are uptodate and compliant with company standards.
  • Answer phones and set up call requests.
  • Regularly review dispatch processes and workflows to identify areas of improvement.
  • Work with the Service Administration Manager to enhance efficiency and effectiveness regarding startup dispatch processes and workflows
  • Oversee and perform dispatching tasks including scheduling routing and tracking of HVAC technicians.
  • Resolve any dispatch issues that arise on a daytoday basis.
  • Prepare and present reports on dispatch activities job statuses and call summaries.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with the Service Administration Manager Service Managers and other departmental leaders.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 23 years of relevant experience in an office environment.
  • Reliability: Demonstrates punctuality reliability and a strong sense of responsibility with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written with strong reading comprehension.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills with a serviceoriented mindset.
  • Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team with a willingness to assist others.
  • Multitasking: Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing work in a fastpaced highvolume environment.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook Word Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Initiative: Demonstrates initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks working independently.

Salary Expectations: $2225 Depending on Experience
