The Caviar Co. is looking for our next Caviar Intern! This parttime inperson position will have the opportunity to learn about and support the Events and Hospitality program at The Caviar Co.

Who you are
You have a keen eye for detail a passion for luxury hospitality and a strong understanding of highend client expectations.
Throughout this internship you will
Learn how The Caviar Co. curates unique caviar experiences for various clients and spaces and gain an understanding of what it means to run a successful lifestyle events program from sales to planning to . This internship will also play a key role in the planning and of our 10year anniversary National Caviar Day events.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Assist in planning and executing company events including logistics vendor coordination and setup.
Research venues suppliers and entertainment options to enhance event experiences.
Support the creation of event timelines schedules and budgets.
Communicate with clients vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.
Help with onsite event setup management and breakdown.
Provide administrative support such as organizing materials ordering supplies and preparing reports.
Assisting with Retail and Customer Service and learning how to run the Union Street store.
Execute an intern project that supports the growth of the Events Department.
Preferred Qualifications
12 years of work experience
Experience working in a frontofhouse food service or hospitality position
Ability to work independently with strong problemsolving skills
Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Role Requirements
Must be 18 years or older
Must be able to work Weekends and occasional evenings
Must have a valid drivers license with at least three years of driving experience
Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 8 hours
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Role Schedule
The schedule will be determined prior to hiring but will include nights and weekends.
