We are looking for a Game Economy Manager to join us.
The ideal candidate is hungry for a win smiles when facing a challenge and is always ready for another round.
Your quest will be to:
- Collaborate with product owners game designers and developers in defining new game features as to set healthy incentives and keep the game economy balanced
- Design the structure and parameters you will use to control and configure a feature
- Create configurations for new features liveops challenges inapppurchase offers bonus plans and more
- Find useful players segmentations for optimizing different KPIs
- Control the pricing in the game both for ingame currencies and real money
- Optimize configurations using data analysis and A/B testing
- Balance engagement aspects of user experience with revenueincreasing strategies
- Monitor important ingame economic KPIs and maintain a balanced economy
- Plan ab tests for existing / new features to steadily improve performance
To start playing you will need:
- Experience in F2P online / mobile gaming
- A skill for modeling complex structures
- Knowledge in statistics and probability theory
- Excellent control of Excel
- Curious to understand why things are happening

Building community and having a place to connect with each other is very important for us. We like not only to work together but to have time to get to know each other to celebrate and have fun. We also value peoples choice to work from anywhere thats why we have a very flexible hybrid model.
Our policy is 4 days straight per month at the office and we decide however were gonna go.
If you dont live in Italy we have two options: if you would like to relocate our company offers a relocation package to help you move to Milan; if you want to stay where you are we offer a benefit to help you with travel expenses and flexible working hours around your journey time.
