Description - Facilitate and manage road mapping sprint planning sessions daily standups retrospectives and demos.
- Mentor teams on Agile techniques like estimation planning story mapping and guide them to stay on track with agile techniques
- Provide clear Dashboard & Reports for the project. Educate the team how to read Team insights and his Data from the dashboard.
- Facilitate learning and development through individual and team coaching. Coach organization on agile principles and practices.
- Demonstrate willingness to listen and explore challenges with teams.
- Work with product owners to define vision and ensure team is on the right track
- Ensure crossteam coordination
- Resolve and support critical issues and ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities makes recommendations for changes in policies and procedures if necessary and participates in process improvement
- Promote and advocate a culture of continuous improvement setting goals and milestones and being accountable for them
- Prepare and deliver effective verbal and written communications regarding progress and status for both internal and external teams and stakeholders
Requirements - Ability to understand technical issues at a high level.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and conflict resolution skills with keen attention to detail.
- Highly proficient in English and excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to adapt your communication style for the audience.
- Ability to achieve results under pressure in a fastpaced clientdriven environment.
- Knowledge of numerous welldocumented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (e.g. burndown techniques retrospective formats handling bugs etc..
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or similar field is preferred.
- 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach.
- Experience managing 3 projects with more than one team per project
- Experience working with International teams customers.
