Job Description

THE POSITION

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Custodial Work Supervisor you will supervise custodial employees and provide a safe clean odorfree and comfortable environment for patients staff and visitors at Norristown State Hospital. You will schedule assignments develop goals and prioritize work projects. You will also conduct onsite inspections review finished work and maintain quality control standards. This role requires strong leadership and effective communication skills to instruct staff in the proper handling of equipment chemicals andinfectious wastewhile adhering tosafety precautions for potentially hazardous materials. In addition you will submit requisitions for custodial supplies complete reports and prepare employee performance evaluations.
