About The Job
Terabase is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Technician. The Manufacturing Technician is a key player on the product development team reporting to the Site Manager Operations and will work closely with our R&D team to develop products that will radically change how largescale solar utility power plants are constructed. Terabase is at the forefront of applying innovative techniques that will remove 7080 of solar power plant assembly work from the field using a combination of advanced assembly and construction techniques customized equipment and automation. The technology will help enable Terabases mission to lower the cost of solar electricity to $0.01/kWh by 2025.

Responsibilities
The Manufacturing Technician Teams role is to build and test a fully functionable factory to the Field Operations team. Processes to complete a factory build includes using hand/power tools cranes welders wiring reading schematics multiple types of forklifts and following set procedures
Support in developing and optimizing crew training developing training literature and manuals.
Minimum Qualifications
- Extensive handson manufacturing experience with a solid understanding of standard manufacturing concepts and processes. Use of standard hand and power tools as well as experience with wiring of electrical and equipment required.
- Reading technical drawings and schematics.
- Experience with standard construction equipment and its operation.
- Solid technical foundation ability to learn quickly and demonstrated ability to frame and drive technical decisions.
- Selfstarter able to thrive in a fastpaced and continually changing environment.
- Ability and willingness to deploy for shorter trips at solar project around the country to support field installations and field trials.
Preferred Qualifications

Work Locations
The Terabase Manufacturing Technician team is located in Woodland California. Some occasional work can be expected when factories are deployed typically around 1 week duration.
