Brand Ambassador
Renewal by Andersen Indianapolis
Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows the worlds largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems since 1903. Were on a mission to revolutionize the window and door replacement experience for homeowners.
Were seeking enthusiastic individuals ready to embark on a journey of learning and growth with unlimited opportunities. This parttime role is both challenging and exciting taking you to various retail locations and events in your area. Youll have the chance to engage with hundreds of homeowners generating leads and scheduling free inhome consultations for our sales reps.
Primary Responsibilities:
Represent the company at local retail locations and weekend events such as tradeshows and festivals
Engage with the public to identify home improvement needs
Answer questions about our products
Gather information for appointment setting purposes
Requirements:
Reliable Transportation (Required)
A smartphone to use for communication
Ability to be on your feet for 46 hours
Ability to lift up to 50lbs on occasions
Outgoing Personality with ability to drive a conversations
Sales marketing experience beneficial but not required
Must have a valid drivers license and your own vehicle
Must be 18 years or older
Completion of a video interview assessment as part of the application.
How to prepare:
1. You will receive an email inviting you to complete the first interview in our process.
2.Set aside 1520 minutes for the selfguided assessment that includes questions and games.
3. Find a quiet place to record and be cameraready.
Youll need a smartphone tablet or desktop computer with your camera and microphone enabled.
Youll answer questions with 1 minute to prepare 3 minutes to respond and 1 opportunity to rerecord.
Share your skills and experience and bring your personality to the interview.

Compensation and Benefits:
$18/hr. plus uncapped weekly bonus
Mileage reimbursement
Parttime schedule (Wednesday Sunday)
