Job Description
Fargo Elim is hiring a FullTime Nurse (RN or LPN)to join our team in our beautiful brandnew 88bed health care center.
This is a FullTime Day Shiftbenefit eligible position 12hour shifts) working a SET schedule including every other weekend. Shift: 6:30 am to 7:00 pm
Nurse (RN or LPN) responsibilities:
- Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents families and staff.
- Works to coordinate oversee and provide residentrelated care.
- Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physicians orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
- Manages medications supplies and equipment including ordering receiving storing and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
- Notifies Clinical Manager attending physicians and family members of significant changes in a residents condition and takes follow up action as necessary.
- Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.
- Performs additional duties as required.
Nurse (RN or LPN) skills and requirements:
- Current RN or LPN license in North Dakota required.
- Prior TCU experience a plus.
- IV certified or in a current course.
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
- Selfstarter with a desire to be a part of a team.
