Job Description
We have partnered with a Paris based Infrastructure Debt Fund 2bn AUM) to appoint an Investment Director to execute on both senior and high yield transactions across Europe.
THE ROLE:
THE ROLE:
- Structuringand of transactions with aview of presenting transactions to Investment Committee
- Experience in mentoring and developing junior members of the team
- As part of a deal team lead on undertaking detailed transaction due diligence including the review and analysis of financial legal commercial and technical reports
- Oversee financial analysis due diligence investment appraisal and documentation
Requirements
- 1012 years of experience in Infrastructure & Energy finance
- Extensive experience in leading the of transactions
- Experience from a debt fund orproject finance bank is essential
- Experience in mentoring juniors and assisting in leading a team
- Fluent German or Spanish highly beneficial
