Job Description

Milwaukee Powersports has an opening for an Apparel Parts & Accessories specialist with knowledge in the powersports industryto join our Accessories Department. Applicants are expected to interface with customers directly (walkin telephone online) to help determine their needs and supply them accordingly. Additionally engage with the service department to ensure their parts and accessories needs are being met in a prompt and timely manner for our customers. This would be a great move for someone from a car dealership or big box parts retailer (AutoZone OReilly NAPA Advanced Auto Parts) setting in Milwaukee metro.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet customers immediately in a courteous and friendly manner
  • Update POP Displays
  • Assemble Merchandise and fixtures
  • Share with customers your knowledge of the of Good Better and Best products that we sell.
  • Keep parts department clean and orderly
  • Staying uptodate with our powersports gear brands and product knowledge.
  • Maintain and deliver awesome personal & useful support to potential or existing customers who contact us
  • Resolve issues to ensure customers are satisfied with their buying experience.
  • Recommend related parts which may be required
  • Follow up on new unit customers frequently to capture aftermarket parts & accessory sales.
  • Attempt to locate rare parts
  • Ability to work with several customers at once while maintaining individual customer satisfaction
  • Handle telephone transactions quickly and courteously
  • Alert customers of any sales specials or new merchandise
  • Accept payments for merchandise and keep cash register drawer accurate

QUALIFICATIONS:
Outgoing friendly personality and superior communications/customer service skills.
Knowledge and experience with repair and servicing of our OEM product lines is a plus.

  • Experience connecting with customers in a friendly manner in person/on the phone.
  • Feels confident answering calls entering orders in computer system talking to customers and providing information necessary to allow the customer to make an informed buying decision. Maintains current product knowledge.
  • Consistently show a positive attitude and be a genuine team player.
  • Takes ownership of the customers experience by carrying out assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
  • Willing to work Saturdays
  • Can lift 50 Lbs.
