Research & Development CoOp Fall 2025Job Description:
The Role:
Our site in San Luis Obispo CA is seeking a Research & Development CoOp to join our team for the Fall 2025 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.
In this role the coop will assist the R&D team in documenting both historical data and new data we are collecting. They will have an opportunity to learn basic experimental design and documentation of results for transfer of new products to the operations team.
What Youll Do:
Conduct thorough tests to evaluate the effectiveness of the process and ensure the validity of results.
Review test information to summarize media quality performance using preexisting qualification data.
Review and update all current documents to meet new standard templates.
Document the final test procedure for seamless transfer to the QA laboratories.

Graduating in December
Eligibility:
Must be a currently enrolled student
Available to work 40 hours a week MF 8a5p) beginning in July through December
Must be familiar with the universitys requirements to participate in a coop program

Compensation: $20$30/hour range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
