The Director of Sales Operations is responsible for managing the sales center(s) (FOH and BOH) the sales administration team and supporting the Sales Director Head of Sales in leading DORs (Dream Outdoor Resorts) sales department. In the absence of the Sales Director Head of Sales the role takes on delegated authority over the team. Key responsibilities will include transaction coordination escrow management CRM regulatory and legal policies & procedures compliance and assisting with business growth objectives integrating with hospitality operations and helping develop budgets and business plans.
The role ensures that all sales administration and customer service functions comply with Dream Outdoor Resorts standards and regulations. This includes overseeing systems databases and onsite sales activities as well as managing contract documentation escrow loan servicing and reporting for sales transactions and buyer upgrades and customizations.
