Job Description
At ChickfilA we believe in every detail especially the packaging. Were looking for a detailoriented Designer with packaging experience to help bring our brand to life through innovative functional and onbrand packaging solutions. This role is perfect for a designer who thrives on blending aesthetics with practical design all while maintaining ChickfilAs commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute design direction to develop creative packaging solutions for a variety of solutions ensuring alignment with ChickfilAs brand identity and values.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including Marketing Product Development and Supply Chain to bring packaging concepts to life.
- Create dielines mockups and prototypes translating ideas into tangible designs.
- Ensure packaging designs are functional costeffective and meet regulatory requirements.
- Adapt national brand campaigns to packaging formats for local and regional market needs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously balancing creativity with timelines and production requirements.
- Stay current with industry trends materials and innovations to continuously enhance packaging solutions.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- 35 years of experience in design (packaging design preferred) preferably within an agency or inhouse creative team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of packaging projects from concept to .
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign) and packagingspecific design software.
- Experience with structural design dieline creation and knowledge of print production processes.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for craftsmanship and brand storytelling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
